出版管理条例

含有《出版管理条例》第二十六条、第二十七条禁止内容的违禁出版物；

Forbidden publications containing any content prohibited by Article 26 or 27 of the " Regulation on the Administration of Publication ";

违反规定发行进口出版物的，依照《出版管理条例》第五十七条的规定处罚。

Whichever entity or individual violates provisions to distribute imported publications shall be punished in accordance with Article 57 of the " Regulation on the Administration of Publication " .

根据《出版管理条例》，国家对新闻出版单位实行企业准入和特殊产品准入审批制度，对业务准入实行审批指定制，对人员准入实行持证上岗制。

On the basis of publication regulation byelaws , the nation implements enterprises and special commodity admittance authorization system for the press and publication units , operation admittance appointment system and certification system for personnel .

未经法定方式确定而发行中小学教科书的，依照《出版管理条例》第五十九条的规定处罚。

Whichever entity or individual distributes text books for elementary and secondary schools without being determined by statutory means shall be punished in accordance with Article 59 of the " Regulation on the Administration of Publication " .
