目的建立中山市新生儿疾病筛查方法，了解PKU、CH、G6PD缺乏的新生儿发病率。

Objective : To establish screening methods of neonatal diseases and to investigate the frequencies of PKU , CH and G6PD deficiency in Zhongshan city .

目的对参加美国疾病控制中心（CDC）新生儿疾病筛查实验室室间质量评价10年进行回顾分析。

Objective To evaluate our results of external quality assessment ( EQA ) program of the newborn screening of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention ( CDC ) of the Unite State for 10 years .

结论新生儿疾病筛查是CH、PKU、G-6-PD缺乏症和半乳糖血症早期诊断的有效措施之一，采取早期治疗能有效地防止患儿的智力和体格发育低下以及其他器官功能的损害。

Conclusions The neonatal screening is effective approach of CH , PKU , galactosemia and G-6-PD deficiency confirmed early . Earlier diagnosis and treatment is of great help in disease prevention among neonates .

结论武汉市是CH高发地区，各级政府部门和妇幼保健机构应加强新生儿疾病筛查网络建设及管理，进一步提高筛查覆盖率；

Conclusion : Wuhan is a high CH morbidity city , government and women and children health care institutes at all levels should strengthen the screen network building and management of neonatal disease screening , make the screening more accessible , extend screening coverage further ;
