主要研究结果如下：（1）根据细胞直径的不同，分拣出3种不同大小的刺山柑细胞聚集体，对它们进行了黄酮含量、相关酶活性及再培养曲线的测定。

The main results were shown as follows : ( 1 ) According to the diameters of the cell , we selected three different sizes of C. spinosa cell aggregation and determined flavone content , correlated enzyme activities and recultivate curve .
