肺炎克雷伯菌对17种抗生素均耐药，感受态大肠杆菌对17种抗生素均敏感，转化子DH5α对头孢呋辛和氨苄西林耐药，对其余15种抗生素表现不同程度的敏感。

Klebsiella pneumoniae was resistant to 17 antibiotics and Bacillus coli was sensitive to all antibiotics , DH5 α was resistant to cefuroxime and ampicillin , but sensitive to others .

方法：选择呼吸系统感染性疾病患者30例，给予头孢呋辛钠每次15g，静脉滴注，每日2次，7天～10天为1疗程，并观察其临床疗效及细菌消除情况。

METHODS : 30 cases of respiratory tract infections were enrolled in this study . Cefuroxime sodium was given in a dose of 1.5g iv bid for 7 ~ 10 days and the therapeutic effect and bacteria clearance rate were observed .
