交界痣和皮内痣都是色痣的一种，属于黑素细胞系统的良性肿瘤。
Junctional nevus and intradermal nevus are both pigmented nevus .

方法：4例手术切除的完整的色素痣及其周围正常组织，病理确诊为皮内痣2例，交界痣2例，将组织石蜡包埋并连续切片；
Methods : Taken from 10 paraffin embedded tissues , 4 pigmented nevus were cut into serial histologic sections .

交界部位痣细胞巢和真皮内痣细胞巢的阳性率和阳性指数均没有显著性差异（P>0.05）。
There was no significant differences between the p53 positive rate and index of the nevi clusters in junctional site and the ones of the nevi clusters in dermis ( P > 0 . 05 ) .
