交界痣和皮内痣都是色痣的一种，属于黑素细胞系统的良性肿瘤。

方法：4例手术切除的完整的色素痣及其周围正常组织，病理确诊为皮内痣2例，交界痣2例，将组织石蜡包埋并连续切片；

Methods : Taken from 10 paraffin embedded tissues , 4 pigmented nevus were cut into serial histologic sections .

结果：β-catenin在恶性黑素瘤中异常表达率为73%（33/45），显著高于皮内痣中异常表达率36%（9/25），（P<0.05）。

Results The abnormal expression rate of β - catenin in malignant melanoma was 73 % ( 33 / 45 ), which was greatly different from that in intradermal nevus ( 36 % , 9 / 25 )( P < 0.05 ) .
