蜥蜴于2002年3-8月逐月自宿州乾山捕捉带回滁州师专实验室，经测量、鉴定性别后解剖分离成躯干（包括尾）、肝脏和腹脂肪体三组分。
Monthly samples of the adult lizards were collected during March to August 2002 . The lizards were dissected to determine sex , and storages of lipids in abdominal fat bodies , carcass ( including tail ) and liver .
