方法回顾1998年~2003年以来我院治疗的26例颈椎骨肿瘤临床资料，其中原发性骨肿瘤17例，转移性骨肿瘤9例。

Methods Since 1998 to 2003 twenty-two cases with cervical osseous tumors , in which there were 17 cases of primary bone tumors and 9 cases of metastatic tumor of bone , had been treated in our department .

恶性组共48例，其中骨肉瘤16例，纤维肉瘤8例，恶性纤维组织细胞瘤10例，转移性骨肿瘤14例；

48 cases of the malignant group included 16 osteosarcoma , 8 fibrosarcoma , 10 malignant fibrous histiocytoma ( MFH ) and 14 metastatic tumor of bone .
