Results The daily average intakes of energy , protein , iron and vitamin C in school children of all age groups reached the daily recommended criteria ( > 85 % of the RNIs ), but the proportion of heme in dietary iron constitution was lower .

目的探讨膳食营养和生活习性与急性脑血管病之间的关系，从营养学角度加强脑血管病（CVD）预防。

Objective : To probe the relationship between dietary pattern and life style and acute cerebrovascular disease ( CVD ) of different natures so as to enhance the primary , secondary and tertiary prevention against CVD .

Results : ① Intake of calcium , zinc and retinal were lower than 80 % RDA ( recommended daily allowances ) . Intake of high-quality protein accounted for 43 % .

对贫血与居民膳食营养素供给充足情况的关系分析，表明未患有贫血者的蛋白质、铁、锌、硒、VB1、VB2、VC膳食摄入量较患有贫血者更充裕。

Analysis of the relationship between residents anemia and dietary nutrition showed that people with non-anemia were more abundant in protein , Fe , Zn , Se , VB 1 , VB 2 , and VC from diet than people with anemia .

与我国膳食营养供给量（RDA）比较，膳食中供给不足的营养素主要是钙、视黄醇、核黄素、抗坏血酸，分别为平均供给量的52.0%、52.7%、42.5%和47.5%。

Compared with RDA , calcium , retinol and ascorbic acid of the nutrient intakes of diet were not enough . There were only 52 . 05,52 . 7 % . 42 . 5 % and 47 . 5 % of the average supply respectively .
