Objective : To establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlortetracycline hydrochloride in stomatic ulcer paste .

结果该方法表明测定盐酸金霉素含量及相关物质是一种简便、准确的分析方法。

As a result , show that Chlortetracycline hydrochloride test assay and related substance with this method are a kind of simple and accurate analysis method .

By the critical concentration as a standard of the United States Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards ( NCCLS ), we used microdilution method to determine the resistance of Streptococcus suis against three kinds of tetracycline , which were doxycycline , tetracycline hydrochloride and chlortetracycline hydrochloride .
