  1. 本文采用超薄层聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法及FSZ-A凝胶电泳扫描器,以研究三种育珠蚌的外套膜边缘膜、斧足以及后闭壳肌中酯酶同功酶的差异性。

    In this paper , We used ultrathin polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and FSZ-A gel electrophoresis scanning device to study the differences between lipase isozymes from periphery membrane of overcoat membrane , axe foot and rear close shell muscles of three mussel species respectively .

    Tyr in blood , foot , liver heart was continuously in a poor level with no clear distribution coefficient peak which indicated that these tissues had a weak function in Tyr metabolism in mussel .
