    Conclusion : Qi invigorating and Blood activating therapy could alleviate local cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by inhibiting the expression of Fas and FasL protein .

    Results : The level of hs-CRP in the group of phlegm syndrome 、 blood stasis 、 deficiency of Qi and Yin and deficiency of Qi and Blood stasis syndrome was higher than those in other groups ( P < 0.05 ) .

  14. 目的:复制气虚血瘀证局灶性脑缺血再灌注动物模型,探索病证结合动物模型环腺苷酸(cAMP)和环鸟苷酸(cGMP)含量的动态变化特点。

    Objective : To establish the animal model of Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome following focal cerebral ischemia , and investigate the dynamic changes of cyclic adenosine monophosphate ( cAMP ) and cyclic guanosine monophosphate ( cGMP ) in the animal model of combination of disease with syndrome .

  15. 治疗后Fbg、Va、Vp、U-LPO均明显下降(P<0.01~0.05),肾阳气虚血瘀证Ht下降不明显(P>0.05)。

    After treatment , the levels of Fbg , Va , Vp and u Lpo both m two syndrome groups were decreased significantly ( P < 0.01 ~ 0.05 ), while the level of Ht in kidney Yangqi deficiency with blood stasis reduced unmarkedly ( P > 0.05 ) .
