本次研究建立的评价指标体系具有较强的普适性，对天津市高校教育用地集约利用评价具有理论与现实意义。

This study established the evaluation index system has strong universality , and theoretical , practical significance for evaluation of college education land intensive use .

同时，基于指标体系的构建原则，运用相关分析法、因子分析法对评价指标进行初选、简化以及优化，最终建立适用于高校教育用地集约利用评价的指标体系。

At the same time , based on the index system construction principles , using correlation analysis , factor analysis method to primary , simplification and optimization of evaluation indexes , establish suitable evaluation index system for evaluation of college education land intensive use .
