本文以笔者2001年实地调查的兰银官话材料和近年出版发表的有关兰银官话的调查报告为基本语料，对兰银官话声母、韵母、声调的共时特点和历时演变进行了研究和探讨。
This paper discusses the phonological features and studies the synchronic features and the diachronic evolution of the initials , finals and tone in Lan-Yin Mandarin based on the data investigated by the author in 2001 and related publications on Lan-Yin Mandarin .
