公平交易权

本文赞同将《消法》适用于商品房交易，对商品房预购方享有的几项基本权利如知情权、公平交易权等进行前瞻性的分析。

The paper approve of applying consumer protection law in commercial house dealing and makes perspective analysis of several basic rights that the buyers should enjoy such as the right to know , the right to fair deals .
