用利血平制备脾虚模型，检测补中益气汤对脾虚小鼠NK及TNF活性的影响，结果表明：脾虚小鼠NK活性明显低于正常，TNF毒性远高于正常。

By using the model of spleen-asthenia made with Reserpine , the activities of NK and TNF in spleen-asthenia mice were studied . Th results showed that the activity of NK was below the normal level obviously while toxicity of TNF was far above its normal level in spleen-asthenia mice .
