对于JAS，检查HLA-B27尤为重要，因其往往无腰背部疼痛而首先表现为外周关节肿痛，如HLA-B27阳性，则考虑有JAS的可能。

As for JAS , it is very important to check HLA-B27 , because the child of JAS have no back and kip pain in first time . If HLA-B27 is positive , we will calculate the possibility of JAS .
