腰大肌脓肿

本组患者术前均有椎旁或腰大肌脓肿，椎体破坏塌陷，椎管内占位，脊柱畸形，不同程度神经功能受损。

All cases had paravertebral abscess or psoas abscess , destruction and collapse of vertebral body , occupying lesion of intravertebral canal , deformity of vertebral body , occupying lesion of intravertebral canal , deformity of spinal column and neural function impairment of different degree before operation .

胸椎椎旁脓肿11例，腰椎腰大肌脓肿8例，3例无脓肿；

11 had the thoracic paravertebral abscess , 8 had lumbar great psoas abscess and 3 had no abscess ;

干性坐骨神经痛临床症状如梨状肌综合征、骶髂关节炎、结核或半脱位、腰大肌脓肿、盆腔脏器疾病或肿瘤及臀部肌内注射不当损伤神经等。

盲肠周围炎8例，腰大肌前方脓肿2例，盲肠末端局限性增厚4例，右侧结肠旁沟及盆腔积液3例。

Pericecal inflammation in 8 cases , abscess ahead of psoas major in 2 cases , local thickening of the end of cecum in 4 cases , fluid accumulating in the lacune neighboring the right colon and pelvis in 3 cases .

同时作了腰大肌寒性脓肿引流术，髂骨取骨和第一、二腰椎椎体间植骨术。

Together with drainage of the psoas cold abscesses and intervertebral bone grafting between the bodies of the 1st and 2nd lumbar vertebrae , using an autograft taken from the ilium .
