斜行骨折

骨折分型：横行骨折12例，斜行骨折4例，粉碎性骨折7例。

Twelve patients were transverse fracture , 4 were oblique fracture and 7 comminuted fracture .

单纯型17例，表现为横行、纵行或斜行骨折线，断端元错位，骨折发生在单侧；

Simplex fracture of 17 patients appeared all kinds of transverse or vertical or oblique catagmatic line ;

骨折类型以完全性骨折多见，其中斜行骨折占43.55%、横形骨折占38.71%、粉碎性骨折占17.74%。

The primary type was complete fracture , consisted of oblique type 43.55 % , transverse type 38.71 % and comminuted fracture 17.74 % .

结果横行骨折治愈率为94.1%，斜行骨折为82.4%；大块粉碎性骨折为75.0%，小块粉碎性为66.7%。

Results 94.1 % achieved excellent results in patients with transverse fractures , 82.4 % in oblique fractures , 75.0 % in comminuted fractures with larger fragments , 66.7 % in comminuted fractures with smaller fragments .
