采用简状行走石膏治疗无移位髌骨骨折36例，在2～8个月后复查，全部病例骨折端无分离移位，6周左右临床愈合。

36 cases of undisplaced patellar fracture were treated with tube - shaped plaster fixation in our hospital since 1987 . All of the fractures reached clinical union within about 2-6 weeks . No displacement of the fragments occurred after 2 - 8 months .
