擦法

大鱼际擦法，主要用在四肢，可产生中等的温热作用。

Major-thenar scrubbing manipulation is mainly applied to the limb , by which the moderate warming effect can be created .

其中，掌擦法宜在胸背与腹部面积较大的部位施术，可产生较缓和的热效应。
