投标保函

投标保函在下列情况将失去：投标者在标书有效期内撤标；

The tender security may be forfeited : if a tenderer withdraws his tender during the period of tender validity ;

为广西境内外经企业符合条件的对外承包工程项目开具投标保函、履约保函和预付款保函提供担保。

投标保函在下列情况将失去：投标者在标书有效期内撤标；或成功的投标者未签约或未提供必要的履约保函。

所有投标文件必须连同占投标部份2%的投标保证金或银行保函一起提交。
