  7. 目的:考察4℃、25℃、37℃下24h内替硝唑葡萄糖注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠的配伍稳定性。

    OBJECTIVE : To evaluate the stability of tinidazole and cefotaxime sodium mixed in infusion fluid at 4 ℃ , 25 ℃ and 37 ℃ for 24 hours .

  8. 结论:在4℃6h内、25℃2h内、37℃1h内,替硝唑葡萄糖注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠的配伍液稳定。

    CONCLUSION : Tinidazole and cefotaxime sodium mixed in infusion fluid were stable at 4 ℃ for 6 ℃ hours , 25 for 2 hours and 37 ℃ for 1 hour .

  9. 治疗组:静脉注射头孢噻肟钠,每次1.0~2.0g,每8h静注1次,疗程7~14d;

    Treatment group : 1.0 ~ 2.0g cefotaxime sodium was given by intravenous injection three times a day for7 ~ 14d ;

  10. 方法:186例细菌性肺炎患者随机分为A、B、C组,分别给予头孢噻肟钠、左氧氟沙星、氯唑西林钠治疗,观察各组疗效、不良反应,并运用药物经济学方法进行分析。

    METHODS : 186 patients with bacterial pneumonia were selected and randomly divided into 3 groups . Group A were treated with cefotaxime , Group B with levofloxacin and Group C with cloxacillin sodium . The curative effects and adverse drug reactions were observed and analyzed by pharmacoeconomics method .

  11. 偶数组:B组(传统术后用药组)。A组50例,选用头孢噻肟钠与替硝唑,于手术前30min内单次静脉冲击给药,术中冲洗宫腔、子宫切口及腹腔留置;

    Groups A of 50 cases were given tinidazole and cefotaxime sodium in a single intravenous stoss medication in preoperative 30 minutes , douching the uterine cavity and uterine incision during operation , and retaining antibiotics in abdominal cavity postoperatively .

  12. 结论:奥硝唑注射液与注射用头孢噻肟钠的配伍液在配伍后4℃8h内、25℃4h内、37℃1h内可使用。

    Conclusion : The mixture of ornidazole injection and cefotaxime sodium for injection can be used after ( storing ) at 4 ℃ for 8 h , 25 ℃ for 4 h and 37 ℃ for 1 h.

  13. 单次给药中剂量组10h头孢噻肟钠和他唑巴坦钠累计尿排率为49.6±0.58%和80.0±7.0%。

    The cumulative urinary excretion rates of cefotaxime sodium and tazobactam sodium were ( 49.6 ± 0.58 ) % and ( 80.0 ± 7.0 ) % after intravenous drip of a single 2.4 g dose , respectively .

  14. 结果注射用头孢噻肟钠在各温度条件下于4种包装输液中各检测项目均无明显变化,4组间比较无显著性差异(P0.1)。
