  15. 结论:多焦ERG对视网膜后极部病变,尤其是黄斑病变的视功能评定及病变定位有其独特的价值。

    Conclusion : Multifocal ERG is useful for evaluating visual function in retinal disease and for locating lesions along the posterior pole , especially in macular degeneration .

  16. 结论:后极部巩膜MMP2活性特异性增高极可能为启动小鸡FDM巩膜细胞外基质(ECM)主动重塑的原因之一。

    Conclusion Increase of MMP-2 activity in the posterior sclera of chicks would be a direct key factor to trigger sclera ECM remodeling process in chick FDM .

    Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of matrix metalloproteinase-2 ( MMP-2 ) mRNA expression in the posterior sclera of chick form-deprivation myopia ( FDM ) and its possible molecular mechanism .

    Conclusion : The developing likelihood of optic neuropathy in Graves ' Ophthalmopathy patients can be evaluated through the measurements of orbital image which is situated in the middle from orbital apex to posterior globe .

    With longer time of monocular deprivation the mRNA level and activity of MMP-2 increased gradually , and reached the top from 4d to 14d , afterwards it declined , but still remained high level .
