许多国家从上个世纪六、七十年代开始，为预防腐败，相继加强了廉政立法，为公职人员提供一般的日常行为规范，如有关公务员财产申报的法律，公务员纪律等。
Since 60s and 70s of the last century , many countries have strengthened their legislations for the honest governance to prevent corruption and formulated general daily behavior codes for public servants , such as laws of declaration of public servants ' personal properties and disciplines for them .
