关系人会议

关系人会议开会时，重整人及公司负责人应列席备询。

At the meeting of concerned persons , the reorganizers and responsible persons of the company shall be present to answer inquiries .

前项重整计划，经指示变更再予审查，仍未获关系人会议可决时，应裁定终止重整。

In case the aforesaid plan of reorganizers remains not adopted upon reconsideration at the meeting of persons concerned , the court shall render a ruling to terminate the reorganizers ;

重整计划的强制批准是在关系人会议未一致通过重整计划的情况下，只要计划符合法律的规定，法院得强制批准重整计划，该计划对全体关系人产生效力。

The cram-down of the reorganization plan means it is not passed identically by the Party Conference . As long as the reorganization plan accords with the regulations of this law , the court can approve the plan imperatively , and thus the plan carries into effect on all parties .
