于是巴拉下了他泊山，跟随他有一万人。

So Barak went down from mount Tabor , and ten thousand men after him .

有人告诉西西拉说，亚比挪庵的儿子巴拉已经上他泊山了。

And they shewed Sisera that Barak the son of Abinoam was gone up to mount Tabor .

基甸问西巴和撒慕拿说，你们在他泊山所杀的人是什么样式。

Then said he unto Zebah and zalmunna , what manner of men were they whom ye slew at tabor ?

审判要临到你们，因你们曾是米斯巴的网罗，是他泊山上铺张的网。

For to you belongs the judgment , For you have been a snare at Mizpah And a net spread over Tabor .

王家阿，要侧耳而听。审判要临到你们，因你们在米斯巴如网罗，在他泊山如铺张的网。

Hear ye this , O priests ; and hearken , ye house of Israel ; and give ye ear , O house of the king ; for judgment is toward you , because ye have been a snare on Mizpah , and a net spread upon Tabor .

君王名为万军之耶和华的说，我指着我的永生起誓，尼布甲尼撒（原文作他）来的势派必像他泊在众山之中，像迦密在海边一样。

As I live , saith the King , whose name is the LORD of hosts , Surely as Tabor is among the mountains , and as Carmel by the sea , so shall he come .

底波拉对他说：“巴拉，耶和华以色列的神吩咐你说，你率领一万拿弗他利和西布伦人，上他泊山去。？？

She had a special message from the Lord ： " The Lord God of Israel has commanded , saying , " Barak , go to Mount Tabor and take with you 10 , 000 men from the tribes of Naphtali and Zebulun .
