方法单独使用维思通治疗连续住院的首发精神分裂症12周，用BPRS和TESS量表评定疗效和副反应。

Method Patients with first-onset schizophrenia were treated with risperidone for 12 weeks , and assessed with BPRS and TESS for the efficacy and side effect .
