方法用健康调查表SF-36调查社区康复期与住院精神分裂症患者，并设正常对照组。

HEALTH Methods The community and in-patients with schizophrenia were investigated by using the SF-36 , who compared with normal control group .

目的探讨社区康复中影响脑卒中患者ADL能力的相关因素。

Objective To observe the related factors on stroke patients in ability of activities of daily living ( ADL ) in community-based rehabilitation ( CBR ) .

通过2年的社区康复治疗后，BPRS、SDSS、SANS等量表总分明显降低（P<001）。

BPRS , SDSS , SANS scores decreased obviously after 2 years treatment in community rehabilitation ( P < 0 01 ) .

结果经过8周的康复治疗，社区康复组MAS及ADL评分均明显改善，与对照组相比，差异有显著性（P<0.01）。

Results After 8 weeks , the motor assessment score and ADL in the community rehabilitation group significantly increased when compared with that in the control group ( P < 0.01 ) .

结论为DM患者实施近距离、低消费的社区康复照顾是可行的，深受患者和家属的欢迎，可提高患者的自我护理的能力，减少再次住院率，降低医疗费用和社会经济负担。

Conclusions Low price community rehabilitation care in a short distance was feasible and it was welcomed by the DM patients and their families , community rehabilitation care enhanced the self-nursing ability of the patients , decreased the hospitalization rate once time , lowed down medical cost and economic burden .

结论以Alzheimer′s病为主的痴呆综合征是影响老人ADL的严重疾病之一，亟待引起全社会的关注，应加强社区康复及医疗保健措施，以改进社区老人的生活质量。

Conclusion Dementing disorders such as Alzheimer ′ s disease may lead to severe disturbance of ADL performance in the aged , therefore , the community rehabilitative measures and health care services should be stressed by the society to improve the quality of life of the elderly .
