狭部

方法自2001年4月～2004年12月，对26例狭部以远A型和B型股骨干骨折取小切口手指引导复位顺行带锁髓内钉固定。结果手术时间60～120min，平均75min。

Methods Twenty-six cases of femoral shaft fractures of type A and B distal to the isthmian were treated by finger leading reduction in mini-incision and antegrade interlocking intramedullary nail from April 2001 to December 2004.Results Operation time was 60 ~ 120 min , average 75 min.

目的：研究种植体颈狭部直径变化对种植全口义齿及其支持组织应力状况的影响。

Objective : To study the stress states of the complete dentures supported by implants with varied neck diameter .

结论：改进种植体颈狭部设计、增加其直径，对降低应力峰值、减少其折断发生率有重要意义。

Conclusions : Improvement of the design and increase of the diameter of implant neck are very important to decrease the stress level in implant and to prevent implant fracture .
