根本政治制度

政治制度方面，我国必须完善我国的根本政治制度，加强党的建设，推进国家制度创新，加强政治文明建设，推动我国政治发展。

政治文明的基本内涵包括两个方面，一是社会的根本政治制度的进步状态，二是根本制度所要求的政治活动或行为的程序化、科学化与高效率；
