本合同

本合同是无限期的。

The contract is open-ended .

本合同将于下月1日生效。

The contract will be in force as from1st proximo .

合同的任何一方如提前三个月通知，均可终止本合同。

The contract can be terminated by either party with three months ' notice .

附件一至二将作为本合同的有效组成部分。

Annexes 1 to 2 form the integral part of the Contract .

本合同一式三份，均应视为原件，具有同等效力。

This contract is executed in three counterparts , all of which are considered as originals and of the same effect .

如果守约方根据X条中止本合同，违约方仍应给予损害赔偿。

Liability for such damages shall not be waived in the event the non-breaching Party terminates this Contract under Aticle X.

双方一致同意ABC只在本合同所规定的条款及条件下提供维修。

It is agreed that Service shall be provided only on the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement .

车载台及可以卸下的产品应由客户运送到本合同首页所指定的ABC维修中心。

Mobiles and removable Product shall be delivered by Customer to the ABC Service Center indicated on the first page of this Agreement .

根据本合同条款，shell和承包商应进行联合检查，以确认里程碑工程和与该里程碑工程相关的变更的实际竣工情况。

Shell and the Contractor shall then carry out a joint inspection to certify true completion of the milestone , and variations associated with that milestone , in accordance with the terms of contract .

" Spare parts " - mean the spare parts in accordance with appendix3b to the contract ;

如果事先没有取得ABC书面同意，客户全部或部分转让或移交本合同，将不对ABC有约束力。

No assignment or transfer , in whole or in part , of this Agreement by Customer shall be binding upon ABC without its prior written consent .

shell对任何相关文件或图纸的审查不会免除本合同规定的承包商各项义务，承包商仍应对文件及图纸的所有相关细节、尺寸、信息等等负责。

Review of any document or drawing by shell does not relieve the contractor of his obligations under the contract and the Contractor shall remain responsible for all details , dimensions , information , etc. , on the documents and drawings .

本合同对任何贸易术语（如CIF、FOB、CFR）的援引都视为是对2000年国际商会贸易术语解释通则（INCOTERMS）的相关术语的援引。

Any quotation of trade terms ( such as CIF , FOB and CFR ) shall be deemed as the quotation of the relevant term under the2000 International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms ( INCOTERMS ) .

对用户的许可持续到按本合同规定终止之时为止。

Customer 's license shall continue unless terminated as provided herein .

任何一方在本合同下的权利是累积性的。

The rights of each party are cumulative under this contract .

遵守本合同的任一要求。

Comply with any one of the requirements of the contract .

所有附录/附带条款都隶属本合同。

All the appendices are an integral part of the Contract .

“款”是指本合同的一款规定。

" Clause " - means a clause of the contract ;

该附件是本合同不可分割的组成部分。

The annex shall form an integral part of the contract .

本合同自某年某月某日其生效。

The contract is effective as of a certain date .

本合同一切附件均为本合同的有效组成部分。

Any annex is the integral part of this contract .
