尖后段

在肺动脉杈层面上，左肺动脉发出尖后段动脉和前段动脉，其外侧可见尖后段支气管和前段支气管。

On the section through bifurcation of pulmonary trunk , apicoposterior and anterior segmental arteries arised from left pulmonary artery . The apicoposterior and anterior segmental bronchi lay on the lateral side of left pulmonary artery .

结果：①病变部位：结节位于两肺下叶基底段15个，背段8个，上叶后段（尖后段）3个，前段1个；

Results : ( 1 ) Location : 15 lesions in basal and 8 lesions in dorsal segment of lower lobe ; 3 lesion in posterior or tip-posterior and 1 lesion in anterior segment of upper lobe ;

在心尖左侧层面上，在左肺上叶内，从后上至前下依次可见尖后段静脉后段间支、前段静脉下支和上、下舌段静脉；

On the section through the left side of cardiac apex , intersegmental ramus of apicoposterior segmental vein , inferior ramus of anterior segmental vein and superior , inferior lingular segmental veins are lined successively from posterosuperior to anteroinferior sides in the superior lobe of left lung .
