今年国家电影局计划投资1亿4千万组建一个数字电影制作公司，实现数字电影制作的工业化。

This year the State Film Bureau plans to invest 140 million yuan in organizing digital movie production company and industrializing digital film production .

In an interview with Xinhua on Monday , Zhang Hongsen , vice director of the SARFT film department said advertisements placed in movies were necessary for film makers to make profits , as piracy poses a threat to their revenues .

The move follows a recent joint announcement by several national-level government bodies , including the Ministry of Culture and Tourism , the State Administration of Taxation and the China Film Administration , which all urged the film and TV industry to deal with chaotic situations including exorbitant celebrity pay and tax evasion .
