方法：随机将商丘市第一人民医院儿科收治的58例缺氧缺血性脑病患儿分为干预组30例和对照组28例，两组均进行常规治疗和康复，干预组在其基础上增加手指灵活性训练。
METHODS : Fifty eight infants with HIE were randomly divided into two groups , 30 were in treatment group , and 28 in control group . The two groups all received normal treatment and rehabilitation . The training of finger was added in the treatment group .
