湖南省保靖县是我国主要的油桐产区之一。

Baojing county of Hunan province is one of the main bases for tungoiltree production in China .

本文选取了湖南省保靖县要坝村为样本进行个案研究，进而揭示研究我国村庄社会冲突和村庄社会治理的重要性、必要性和紧迫性。

Then reveals the importance , necessity and urgency of studying our country villages and village social governance social conflict .

保靖县耕地土壤中，由石灰性泥岩类残积物发育形成的三个亚类土壤有机质及全氮含量均高于全县平均水平。

The content of SOM and total N which belong the soil of the three sub-classes Were higher than the county average .

所得主要结果如下：1.保靖县耕地土壤有机质含量属于中等水平，耕地土壤全氮含量处于较丰富水平。

The main results were as follows : 1 . The content of SOM in cultivated land of Baojing county was intermediate level and the content of nitrogen was high-level .

调查中我们了解到：保靖县的小学教师在职业发展道路上遇到了诸多阻力，如教师待遇偏低、社会地位不高，缺乏发展机会等等；

Then we find that teachers face many obstructions on their path of professional development , for example , the income and the social position is low , and they are also lack of opportunity , and so on .

本研究采用问卷调查、访谈的方法对保靖县的小学教师进行了大面积的问卷调查，在此基础上筛选了五名个案，对其进行深入访谈。

This research uses the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview and makes questionnaire investigation to various primary teachers of Baojing County . On the basis of this investigation , the author chooses five cases and makes deeply interview .
