本文应用B型超声（简称超声）对23例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转患者作了检查，并经手术病理证实了最后诊断。其特点如下：超声发现盆腔及下腹部肿块；
23 cases of ovarian torsion which were diagnosed by B-mode ultrasonography and confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings are reviewed .
下腹部肿块
