方法32例青少年近视[男15例，女17例，平均年龄（14+1.26）]在实验配戴RGP始末分别测定屈光度、角膜曲率半径和眼轴长度；

Methods 32 cases of teenagers myopia [ male 15 Female 17 , age ( 14 + 1.26 ) ] had been examined about refractive power , corneal curvature and eye axial length before and after investigation .

结果：供眼平均角膜曲率为43.17±1.35D，移植后为47.82±2.34D，表明移植愈合后角膜植片的曲率有明显的增加（△4.6D），角膜散光也有较明显的增加（2D）。

The mean corneal curvature of donor was 43.17 ± 1.35D while the curvature after transplantation was 47.82 ± 2.34D . It suggested that the curvature of corneal graft after healing be markedly increased ( 4.6D ) . Also did the cornea stigmatism ( 2D ) .

The changes of axial length and corneal curvature were analyzed .

There is no relation between the flap thickness and average central corneal curvature , full corneal thickness . The difference of the flap thickness between right eyes and left were statistically significant . ( P < 0.05 ) .

步骤一：用角膜曲率仪测量角膜曲率，两个方向各测三次，取平均值，得到角膜曲率的平均K值，选取与K值接近的镜片作为试戴片。

Keratometer was used to check the corneal curve at 2 direction for 3 times to offer the mean K value , and a nearest basal lens to K value was selected as the trial lens .

Conclusions Our investigation demonstrates that before refractive surgery the keratometer has a similar clinical value as that of corneal topography , and the △ Sim K value is related to the graphic pattern of corneal topography .

PiggybackLens戴镜3个月～1年后，角膜曲率半径平均增大0.9mm，角膜散光度平均降低4.53D。

After wearing piggyback lenses for 3 months to 1 year , the keratometric curvature increased 0.9mm on average and corneal astigmatism was reduced by 4.53D on average .
