方法应用液体氮、氧（-186℃）对46例眼睑、脸部血管瘤色素痣病人进行冷冻治疗。

Method Frozen therapy is proceed on 46 cases of patients suffering blood vessel tumor or naevus with pigment , which is making use of frozen of the liquid nitrogen and oxygen ( - 186 centigrade ) .

以此为基础，对56例鬓角处瘢痕、血管瘤、色素痣患者，利用扩张的头皮瓣进行治疗。

Base on these knowledge , 56 patients with sideburns defect secondary to scar , hemangioma , pigmented nevus were treated with expanded scalp flaps .

结果血管瘤和血管痣治愈率71.7%，部分治愈22.5%，总有效率94.2%，无效者5.8%。

Results Full cure rate was 71.7 % , partly cure was 22.5 % , total effective rate was 94.2 % and no effects 5.8 % .

血管瘤、太田痣和咖啡斑有效率分别为84.38%、71.05%及45.00%。

The effective rate were 84.38 % ? 71.05 % and 45.00 % for hemangioma , nevus of Ota and caf é - au-lait spots respectively .

治疗鲜红斑痣、草莓样血管瘤、蜘蛛样血管瘤、血管痣、毛细血管扩张等皮肤血管异常性疾病共138例，均取得了满意的疗效，较传统的方法相比，疗效更为明显。
