1994年初在九华山8种生境土壤有机质层中获蜘蛛标本265头，分别隶属于18科67种（属），平均密度6.6头／m2。

There were few reports of the ecological research on soil spider community in the forests . In early 1994 , 265 spider specimens were collected in soil organic matter layer of eight habitats in Jiuhua Mountains . They belonged to 67 genera ( species ), 18 families .
