乙方进一步同意不使用，亦不帮助、参与他人使用任何会错误地暗示或表示与甲方有联系或关系的原产地标识、描述或陈述。
Party B further agrees not to utilise or aid or participate in the use of any designation of origin or description or representation which falsely suggests or represents an association or connection with Party A.
