本文剖析了现行统计指数体系的缺陷，论述近年来我国一些统计工作者为弥补现行统计指数体系的不足而提出的设置共变影响指数的指数体系所带来的问题与引起的矛盾。

This paper analyses the defects of the statistical index number system in effect , and approaches the contradictions and problems brought by the " common affecting index number " which is put forward recently by some statisticians of this country .
