SETTING and PARTICIPANTS : The experiment was completed in the Department of Protective Medicine , Institute of Naval Medicine , using specific pathogen free ( SPF ) male BALB / c nude mice ( 6 weeks old ) purchased from Experimental Animal Laboratory of Shanghai Institute of Oncology .
