本文以上海龙门书院改制为龙门师范学堂的个案为研究对象，重点探讨书院改制的原因，并通过龙门书院改制过程及改制结果的考察，期望以小见大，探究书院改制与近代中国教育转型的关系。
This paper is focused on the research of Longmen Academy ' transformation for Longmen Normal school , and mainly explores the reasons , process and result of transformation . It is expect to probe the relationship of the academies ' transformation and educational transformation in modern China .
