2001年商标法修订取消了关于驳回转让复审的规定，致使利害关系人丧失了行政救济途径。

The regulations on the rejection of a transfer re-examination are cancelled in Trademark law 2001 and resulted in the termination of administrative remedies to the interested parties .

但是，修改应当仅限于消除驳回决定或者复审通知书指出的缺陷。

However , the amendments shall be limited only to remove the defects pointed out in the decision of rejection of the application , or in the notification of reexamination .
