方法：按购药金额，对上海地区48家医院2001-2003年镇痛药及解热镇痛抗炎药的用药数据作统计，并进行分析。

Methods : According to the purchase cost , the data of consumption of analgesics , antipyretics and anti-inflammatory analgesics in 48 hospitals in Shanghai during 2001-2003 year were collected and analyzed .

由于老年人呼吸道感染较为常见，琥乙红霉素作为常用的抗菌消炎药，经常与阿司匹林合用；另外，阿司匹林是临床常用的解热镇痛抗炎药，患者发烧时也常和抗菌消炎药琥乙红霉素合用。

Respiratory infections is common for the aged , erythromycin ethylsuccinate as a wide-used antibacterial anti-inflammatory drug , interacts with Asp . Also , Asp as a wide-used antipyretic analgesic drug , interacts with erythromycin ethylsuccinate for fever patients .
