方法：回顾性分析经病原学确诊的新型隐球菌性脑膜炎患者20例的眼部病变特点以及颅内压与视盘水肿的关系。

METHODS : Ocular manifestations and the relationship between intracranial pressure and papilledema were analyzed retrospectively in20 patients diagnosed as CNM by etiology .

视盘水肿（或称视乳头水肿）不是一种独立的疾病，而是一个典型体征，与颅内压力升高密切相关。

Edema of the optic disc , papilledema , is not an entity of disease , but a typical sign closely associated with increased intracranial pressure .

眶尖肿瘤主要表现早期视力障碍，轻度眼球突出，眼底视盘水肿或萎缩，早期易误诊。

The mainly manifestation of orbital apex were early decreased visual acuity , slightly proptosis and edema or atrophy of optic cup , misdiagnosis was high in the early stage .

眼底视盘水肿色淡，其中呈象限性水肿21眼，半侧水肿19眼，全视盘水肿28眼，无水肿12眼。

Fundus papilloedema showed light color , among them , 21 eyes were quadrant edema , 19 eyes showed edema of half optic disc , 28 had edema of all optic disc , and 12 had no edema .

双眼羊脂状角膜后沉着、前房闪辉及细胞、玻璃体混浊、视盘水肿充血、后极部视网膜水肿，2例交感眼有渗出性视网膜脱离。

Other clinical manifestations included binocular mutton-fat keratic precipitates , anterior chamber flare and cells , vitreous opacity , optic-disc edema and hyperaemia , and retinal edema at the posterior pole ; 2 sympathetic eyes had exudative retinal detachment .

眼底视网膜前出血，部分遮挡了视盘周围水肿的视网膜。

The fundus shows preretinal hemorrhages that hide partially the edematous retina around the deeply cupped disc .

发病后2周内就诊者11例，表现为双眼脉络膜炎、视盘及视网膜水肿；

Choroiditis , papilledema and edema of the retina were noted in 11 patients within 2 weeks of disease onset .
