将美花石斛原球茎培养于含有不同生长调节物质的SH培养基上，结果发现，不同生长调节物质对美花石斛原球茎分化的不同阶段产生不同的影响。

The protocorm of Dendrobium loddigesii were cultured in the medium containing different growth-regulators , such as potato extract , banana extract and cokernut extract . The results showed that the different growth-regulators can produce different effect on the differentiation and propagation of protocorm in different growing stages .

1年生、2年生和3年生美花石斛茎多糖含量分别为18.36%、23.60%、15.42%。

The contents of polysaccharides in stem of annual , biennial and triennial Dendrobium loddigesii were 18.36 % , 23.60 % and 15.42 % , respectively .
