采用土壤平板法和稀释平板法，自湖北神农架自然保护区的14份土壤样品中分离得到40个暗色丝孢菌分离物，鉴定为16属23种。

A total of 40 isolates of soil dematiaceous hyphomycetes belonging to 23 species in 16 genera were obtained from soil samples of Shennongjia Natural Conservation Area .

对神农架国家级自然保护区药用苔藓植物进行了初步研究，结果表明，共有20种药用苔藓植物，隶属于14科18属，其中苔类3种，藓类17种。
