本文从知识链的角度建立了知识管理CBR系统模型，并由此提出了案例知识获取系统的研究范围。而后，本文提出了案例知识获取系统的模型架构。

In this paper , CBR management system model was established from the view of the knowledge chain and the research scope of the case knowledge acquisition system was proposed . Secondly , the case knowledge acquisition system model architecture was proposed in this paper .

本文首先分析了Richard和Holsapple等人的知识链模型及其改进模型所存在的一些问题，然后结合知识管理思想和人工智能技术，提出了基于人工智能的知识链模型，并对模型进行了详细的阐述。

First , this paper reviews the limitations of current knowledge chain model s of Richard and Holsapple , then advances a knowledge chain model based on artificial intelligence , which combines knowledge management and AI technology . At last , the proposed model is discussed in detail .

之后，本文采用关联规则挖掘算法Apriori中的频繁项集抽取了专利知识链，并借鉴复杂网络分析中凝聚子群的识别法，以Lambda集合算法完成了专利知识群的识别与计算。

In this research , patent knowledge link has been extracted with frequency item set of Apriori mining algorithms in association rules . Taking example by identification methods of complex network analysis , patent knowledge group has been recognized and calculated with Lambda Set from social network analysis .
